General Booking Conditions

I am acting as a broker for holiday villas. There is a contractual relationship only between the tenant and the owner of the villa. After receipt of your booking registration, I will issue a booking confirmation. This booking confirmation is an offer of the house owner to you. The offer is valid and binding for the owner of the villa for 2 weeks after the date of issue of the booking confirmation. As soon as you pay the deposit for the rental rate as stated in the booking confirmation, the rental contract between the renter and the tenant is closed. The rental contract is governed under private law. Please note that the house owner is no tour operator or travel business and that special travel laws do not apply. The exact range of services included you find on my website. Extra services have to be mentioned in the booking confirmation otherwise they are not included in the rental price. Utility costs in addition to the rental rate have to be paid to the house owner or his local representative as well as the rest payment for the rental price according to the booking confirmation. If I don’t receive your deposit payment within 2 weeks after issuing the booking confirmation I have the right to rent out the object to a third party.

Check In Time is 3:00pm and Check Out time is 10.30 am (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villas at the time of arrival or departure)

To secure availability at the requested vacation villa, we apply the following cancellation conditions:

Cancellation prior to arrival: It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance which will provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. In the event that you cancel the booking or shorten the period of stay after payment of the deposit and/or balance, no refund will be made.

Cancellation during period of the holiday: The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management of Come 2 Samui Ltd. Partnership
The booking deposit is not returnable under any circumstances.

Insurance and Liability: Come 2 Samui Part., Ltd. is not responsible to guests or their party for any claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as watercraft, water sports, jeep or moto roller rental, etc.
