Only 50m to the Beach The space The house is situated at Petchpailin Resort (former Coconut Sands), an arrangement of 6 privately owned houses on one of Koh Samui’s most beautiful and quiet beaches. Garden, maintenance, night guard, use of pool and parking area are included in the price, as well as house cleaning twice a week. Several restaurants in walking distance, the airport and Chaweng are only 30 minutes away. Other things to note The communal swimming pool with its crystal clear water has a small separate pool for children. It is very idyllic and located in the palm garden of the resort and surrounded by tropical plants which are flowering almost the whole year. A wide range of services are also available.
