The Villa Kluai Pat is located on the beautiful hills of Bang Por in the well looked after development of Santi Thani and offers a stunning view over the bay and the nearby islands. This comfortable Villa ooze with a feeling of cosiness and charm and a wonderful sweeping garden invites you to relax in one of the many seating areas or in the Sala. The large swimming pool is also set amidst the garden. The Villa offers enough space for 6 Person.

On the ground level you will find the large living/ dining area and the kitchen and a wide roofed terrace with further seating, ceiling fans and a comfortable sitting corner provide cosiness in the shade, from where you can enjoy the lovely view.

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower in the upper floor: the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a king- size bed and two further bedrooms, one with king-size bed, one with twin beds. There is a nice balcony in front of the two king-size bed bedrooms and also this two rooms offer a good sea-view.
